1-1	其他专业技术服务	高速公路长大桥隧省级抽检巡查	（1）2025年度高速公路长大桥隧省级抽检巡查项目抽检巡查高速公路长大桥梁13座，长大隧道8座（含隧道群1座），按照《国家公路网重点桥梁和隧道监测评价规程》（T/CECS G:E41-04-2019）和部颁最新《公路桥涵养护规范》《公路隧道养护技术规范》有关规定抽检、复核长大桥梁和长大隧道的技术状况等级，检查其管理规范化情况，以管养单位为单元按照“一桥一报告、一隧一报告”要求形成省级抽检巡查报告和全省总报告，支撑高速公路桥隧养护管理工作评价。（2）结合现场实测数据，核查统计年报及养护管理系统中114项桥梁基础数据、99项隧道基础数据准确性，形成比对问题清单，并配合做好国桥库、国隧库与统计年报库比对工作，并将巡查报告有关信息上传至养护管理系统桥梁隧道子系统等省级系统中。（3）对2024年度省公路局通报的10座长大桥梁整改落实情况进行核查，抽查2座桥梁。（4）对2023年度省公路局通报的3座长大隧道、2024年度省公路局通报的5座长大隧道整改落实情况进行核查，分别抽查1座隧道。（注：以上检测数量为预计数量，检测数量仅供招标参考，具体以实际检测数量为准。）	我公司响应磋商文件要求，按照磋商文件中规定的服务要求执行。	合同签订之日至 2025年12月31日（2025年9月30日前提交呈审报告）	满足交通运输部《公路养护技术标准》、《公路桥梁技术状况评定标准》、《国家公路网重点桥梁和隧道监测评价规程》、《公路隧道养护技术规范》、《公路桥涵养护规范》以及我省桥梁养护管理相关规定。供应商按照合同约定完成相关成果报告并通过采购人组织的技术审查及履约验收。	1,800,000.00
